Shipping policy

Every Manga Hanga product is made to order. It's how we offer a large design range, keep waste to a minimum, and hold our prices down — the trade-off is that your order needs to be printed before it ships. Production typically takes 2–4 business days and is already included in the delivery estimates below.

1. Shipping Rates

Clothing & Tote Bags

Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate based on your destination and order size — the exact rate is shown at checkout.

Orders over $75 USD ship free. When your order total is over $75, standard delivery on all clothing and tote bags in that order is free — wherever you are in the world. Please note the threshold applies to your order total after any discount codes.

Posters, Postcards, Greeting Cards & Stickers

These ship directly from our print partners, and you pay exactly what they charge us to post them — calculated at checkout based on size, quantity, and destination. Not a cent more. Because they're produced and dispatched from separate facilities, these products aren't included in the free shipping offer.

2. Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. Our products are printed locally in Australia and the United States; if your delivery address is elsewhere, your order ships from the closest of these two locations. We're working to expand local production to more products and regions over time.

3. One Order, Sometimes Several Parcels

Because different products are made in different facilities, your order may arrive in more than one package. You'll never pay more shipping than the total shown at checkout, and each parcel gets its own tracking link.

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimates include production (2–4 business days) and standard shipping. Most packages arrive sooner than estimated, and the estimate shown at checkout is the most accurate for your address.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email — one for each parcel.

6. Notes & Exceptions

Production and shipping times are estimates, and occasional delays happen. Rest assured: we'll notify you promptly if there's any unforeseen delay with your order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their local authorities.
