Shipping policy

In an effort to maximise our design range, reduce waste, and offer you a competitive price, all of our products are made to order. The drawback is that this adds to our production time. We’re working with our suppliers to reduce production and shipping times, and we thank you for your patience.

1. Shipping Rates

We bundle products where possible to help save you money. Please note shipping may be expensive depending on your location, but we’re working with our suppliers to lower costs.

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship worldwide, however we only ship locally within Australia and the United States.
If your delivery address is somewhere else, we’ll ship your order from the closest of these two locations. We’re working to expand local shipping to more products and regions over time.

3. Delivery Estimates

All of our products are made to order. Delivery time estimates shown below include production (2–4 business days) and standard shipping. Most packages arrive sooner than estimated.

Clothing

  • United States: 6-10 business days
  • Australia: 6-10 business days
  • New Zealand: 8-12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 12-30 business days

Bags

  • Australia: 6-10 business days
  • United States & Rest of the World: 12–30 business days

Posters

  • United States / Canada / Europe: 3-6 business days
  • Australia: 4-8 business days
  • Rest of the World: 12–30 business days

Postcards & Greeting Cards

  • Australia: 4-8 business days
  • New Zealand: 8-12 business days
  • United States & Rest of the World: 12–30 business days

Stickers

  • United States: 5-8 business days
  • Rest of the World: 12–30 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

5. Notes & Exceptions

  • Production and shipping times are estimates; delays may occur. Rest assured: we’ll notify you promptly if there is any unforeseen delay.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
  • If your item is delayed or lost, email us as soon as possible at orders@mangahanga.com.
