Refund policy
In an effort to maximise our design range, reduce waste, and offer you a competitive price, all of our products are made to order. We love our products and hope that you do too, but if you have any issue with the quality of your order please let us know as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue.
1. Custom-Made Items
All of our products are made to order - including DTG-printed clothing. Please carefully review design, size, and color before completing your purchase to avoid disappointment.
2. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders begin processing within 24 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order, email orders@mangahanga.com immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production starts.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. All sales are final. Please carefully review design, size, and color before completing your purchase to avoid disappointment.
4. Damages & Manufacturing Issues
If your item arrives damaged or contains an error, please notify us as soon as possible at returns@mangahanga.com. Be sure to include a clear photo of the issue.
No need to return the item; consider donating the faulty item to a local charity. We’ll offer you a free replacement or a full refund.
5. Fabric Care & Fading Disclaimer
DTG-printed garments may fade over time. To preserve print quality, wash inside out in cold water and avoid heat; refer to the care label for details.
